Eddisons Secures Major Lease Advisory Contract For NHS Property Services

Transactional services and property advisory business Eddisons, whose head office is in Leeds, has been appointed by NHS Property Services to provide lease advisory and related property services.

Under the terms of the contract Eddisons will provide lease advice, where the NHS acts as landlord or tenant, as well as related property services including lettings. The NHS has £3bn portfolio of over 4,000 properties.
