Work on a brand new, light industrial scheme of business units in the Cambridgeshire village of Earith which began earlier this year has seen completed units available this autumn to lease or buy freehold through the Huntingdon agency of BTG Eddisons.
Roman Business Park is a courtyard scheme of 15 units developed and built by Barnack Estates. Individually, the unit sizes range from 990 sq ft to 1,833 sq ft but BTG Eddisons advises that, subject to build-stage, there is scope to combine units to a maximum floor space of 19,942 sq ft.
All units have electronically operated loading doors, loading bays, allocated parking and glazed, separate pedestrian access to the main reception/office areas within the unit.
Roman Business Park sits within an existing industrial area on the outskirts of Earith, which is a residential village with facilities and amenities on the A1123 - a popular transport route connecting a number of villages to St Ives and Huntingdon to the west and, via the B1050 to the south, the A14 and Cambridge/ M11.
According to Matthew Hunt, who is acting as agent on all the units at Roman Business Park including Unit 2, 1,076 sq ft, which is currently available to let, the units have been designed to meet the needs of local and regional businesses looking for modern, accessible units.
He said, “All the units provide modern accommodation for a wider range of uses, including light industrial, storage, trade counter and other small business operations.
“Earith already has a number of established industrial schemes as the village is strategically positioned within Cambridgeshire’s road networks and Roman Business Park enhances the commercial offer of this area of the village.”
