Youthscape buys Bute Mills

One of our landmark Luton transactions saw us act on the sale of Bute Mills to Youthscape, a respected national charity with deep roots in the local community. The deal marked a meaningful moment for both the building and for Luton itself.

Aldi opens on Gipsy Lane and Sundon Park Road

Our team played a key role in bringing two new Aldi stores to Luton, delivering the transactions on Gipsy Lane and Sundon Park Road that helped the discount retailer establish a stronger footprint in the town.

Both openings were warmly received by local residents and represented a notable contribution to Luton's retail offer.

Water Tower House survey

We were appointed to carry out a pre purchase building survey on Water Tower House on Whitehill Avenue, providing the client with a thorough assessment of the property's condition and a clear picture of any remedial requirements. Work of this kind is often the foundation for confident investment and ownership decisions.

Percival House: Sale, letting, and management

Percival House, formerly the headquarters of Monarch Airlines, is one of our most complete Luton success stories. We handled the sale of the building, subsequently let the entirety of the space on behalf of the new owner, Hampton Brook, and now manage the property. This is a genuine example of our multi-disciplinary approach delivering value at every stage.

Capability Green sales

Our agency team recently advised on the disposals of 200 and 950 Capability Green, one of Luton's most prominent out-of-town business parks. The transactions attracted strong interest and were concluded successfully, reflecting the continued appeal of well-specified office accommodation in the area.

Bilton Way: Agency, building surveying, and lease advisory

Letting agents for former Vauxhall headquarters

We are appointed to let Morton House, a well-known office building that previously served as the headquarters of Vauxhall Motors. The building represents a significant opportunity within Luton's office market with good transport links, and we are working to secure the right occupiers for this prominent address.

Wesley House

Wesley House is another landmark Luton building with a story worth telling. Our colleagues at Kirkby Diamond, now part of BTG Eddisons, handled of what was the largest office disposal in Luton that year. The space has since been converted to residential units but at the time was a significant instruction for the agency team.

BBC Three Counties Radio building

We acted on the sale of the former BBC Three Counties Radio building on Hastings Street, a property that holds a certain nostalgic significance for many people in and around Luton. The transaction was completed successfully and marked another chapter in the evolving story of Luton's commercial property landscape with the property now used by the London School of Science & Technology.

Industrial estate sales to funds
