Investor exit completed at North Luton Industrial Estate

Sedgwick Road forms part of North Luton Industrial Estate: a 17,289 sq ft detached industrial unit with two-storey office space, a secure forecourt and on-site parking, just over two miles from Junction 11a of the M1. A private property investor instructed BTG Eddisons to market the unit.

The combination of office accommodation, secure forecourt and strong motorway links pointed the campaign toward an owner occupier rather than an investment buyer, so the team focused its outreach on that market. The sale process was managed throughout on the investor's behalf.

The unit sold to an owner occupier, giving the investor client a clean exit and placing the asset with a buyer set to bring it into operational use.
