Eamon Kennedy

Eamon is a director based in our St Albans office, heading the industrial and logistics team across the BTG Eddisons practice. He is a chartered surveyor with over two decades of experience in commercial agency, specialising in acquisitions, disposals, and development advice along the A1/M1 corridor.

Eamon advises a broad range of clients, including developers, funds, property companies, and occupiers, on industrial and logistics transactions across Bedfordshire and the surrounding region. Under his leadership, the agency team has been recognised as the most active agent in Bedfordshire for eight consecutive years, a reflection of the team's consistent deal volume and market presence in the area.

Prior to the firm's acquisition by BTG Eddisons, Eamon joined Kirkby Diamond in September 2000, where he trained as a chartered surveyor, qualifying in 2005. He was promoted to associate partner before being appointed as a full partner of the firm in February 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc Hons) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
