High end fashion fit out for Lincoln Co-operative

Lincolnshire Co-operative Society Ltd appointed Eddisons’ Lincoln office to deliver several fit-outs for luxury fashion retail group TFG London.

The incoming tenants, Phase Eight, Whistles and Hobbs, were to enter a total area of 4500 sq ft of retail space and were adhering to a very tight timescale.

Understandably, the project required three separate fit-outs, unique to each brand but needing to be sympathetic to the units’ different locations within the Cornhill Quarter.

Eddisons worked with TFG London to deliver a high-spec fit-out complete with all required facilities within the retail space.

Instead of choosing a traditional procurement process, the Lincoln team created a partnership with trusted contractors, enabling a quick start on-site but also protected the client’s budget. With our Quantity Surveying team on hand, costs were controlled, and risks were managed inhouse.

Eddisons delivered all elements of the fit-out project on time and within budget, handing over successfully to the tenants and allowing for their desired start date.
