With an ongoing requirement for high-quality property investments and development opportunities, Castle Square Developments relies on Eddisons to source, assess, and secure assets that align with their investment objectives. The opportunity to acquire Priory Tec Park in Hessle, near the Humber Bridge, was quickly identified by Eddisons as a strong strategic fit for the client.

Eddisons recognised that the addition of quality business space would further strengthen the balance and diversity of Castle Square’s portfolio. Once Priory Tec Park became available, the team moved quickly to deliver valuation, market commentary, investment analysis, and building surveying advice.
By working closely with the selling agent, Eddisons helped shape a successful acquisition strategy in a competitive open-market setting. Our cross-disciplinary approach ensured the client received a comprehensive overview of the asset’s strengths and challenges.

Throughout the due diligence process, the firm provided hands-on support, advising on the complexities of the multi-let structure, which includes a mix of trade counter, warehouse, and office units.
Since acquisition, Eddisons has taken over the management of Priory Tec Park, implementing a proactive asset management strategy. This includes close tenant engagement, cost-efficiency reviews, and the identification of new value-add opportunities—all aimed at enhancing the long-term performance of the asset within Castle Square Development’s national portfolio.
