BTG Eddisons was instructed on a sole agency basis to act for a private investor in the acquisition of a 16-unit industrial estate at Scott Road, Luton. The site totals 79,113 sq ft of industrial space, plus 1.6 acres of development land.

Following completion, BTG Eddisons was retained to provide ongoing property management and asset management advice.
Results
The client secured a substantial multi-unit industrial estate with significant development land attached, positioning them well to benefit from continued occupier demand in Luton and the surrounding area.
