Paul Quy

Director - Industrial and Logistics

About Paul

Paul is a director based in our Milton Keynes office, specialising in industrial and logistics agency with a focus on business space and investment across the M1, A1, and A10 corridors. He brings 25 years of experience in the property industry, with a dedicated specialism in industrial and business space agency since 2006.

Paul has built a strong track record advising occupiers, investors, and landowners across the full range of industrial and logistics transactions, from single-unit lettings and acquisitions to investment disposals. His particular expertise lies across the north London, Hertfordshire, and East Midlands markets, where he has developed deep knowledge of occupier demand, development pipelines, and investment activity along key arterial routes. Since joining the Milton Keynes office, he has worked alongside Eamon Kennedy and the wider industrial and logistics team to grow the firm's presence and instruction levels across these corridors.

Prior to joining Kirkby Diamond, now BTG Eddisons, Paul gained experience at several well-regarded regional and national property consultancies, including Lambert Smith Hampton in Milton Keynes, Stretton's in east London, and Bowyer Bryce, where he advised across north London and Hertfordshire for 14 years.
