BTG Eddisons agreed a pre-let on Unit MK70, a 71,800 sq ft industrial warehouse forming part of PLP MK, the UK's first industrial and logistics business park to be carbon net zero in construction. The unit is one of ten being delivered in Phase 1, with the phase totalling 1.06 million sq ft across units ranging up to 920,800 sq ft.
