Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) has agreed a landmark deal with leading coffee business UCC for its new 44,523 sq ft UK headquarters at Linford Wood, Milton Keynes. The letting marks a significant investment by UCC in a purpose-fit headquarters base within the town.

BTG Eddisons acted on the transaction, with Eamon Kennedy, Head of Industrial and Logistics, securing the deal on behalf of the parties. The letting reflects BTG Eddisons' strong relationship with MKDP and its track record advising on significant industrial and logistics transactions across Milton Keynes.
