About Tim

Tim has over 25 years' experience in traffic, transportation and highway engineering, gained in the private sector. He joined Eddisons in 2019 following the acquisition of Croft Transport Planning & Design.

He has been involved in the design and implementation of a wide range of development projects for a variety of clients and has considerable experience and knowledge in the design and implementation of major residential, retail, employment and regeneration schemes.

Recent projects that Tim has advised on include the redevelopment of the former Yorkshire Post site in Leeds, a new district centre in Hattersley, the LSH Auto Mercedes-Benz dealership in Stockport and circa 1.5m sqft of logistics floorspace at Symmetry Park, Wigan.
