Thomas Campbell-Burgess

Thomas Campbell is a surveyor working in the Valuations department in the Peterborough office following a number of years experience working in the Huntingdon office in both Agency and Valuations departments.

Thomas began his career in 2018, working full time in the Huntingdon office after completing a four-year BSc Real Estate sandwich degree, which included a placement year with Barker Storey Matthews in 2016–17.

He joined Eddisons, after the acquisition of Barker Storey Matthews in 2019, working in the Huntingdon office undertaking viewings, inspections and negotiations in the Huntingdonshire region, covering all property types including industrial, retail, office and development land. He also assisted on the local council’s asset valuation.

He continues to work on all property types in the Valuations team within the Peterborough office, covering Cambridgeshire, South Lincolnshire and Fenland areas. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2022.

Thomas also supports graduates and placement students within the firm in assisting them with their APC qualification.
