Thomas Campbell-Burgess

Thomas Campbell-Burgess is an Associate Director working in the Professional department in the Peterborough office undertaking valuations, lease advisory including Landlord and Tenant matters covering Peterborough and surrounds, Fenland and Huntingdonshire areas. 

Thomas began his career in 2018 after completing a four-year BSc Real Estate sandwich degree at Sheffield Hallam University, which included a placement year with Barker Storey Matthews in 2016–17.He joined Eddisons, after the acquisition of Barker Storey Matthews in 2019. 

Thomas has experience in all use types across the Commercial sector and residential undertaking valuations for a number of purposes including bank loan security, pension funds, company accounts, etc. He previously worked in the Agency department whilst in Huntingdon office and acts for a number of farming Landlords across Cambridgeshire. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2022. 

Thomas also supports graduates and placement students within the firm in assisting them with their APC qualification.
