About Sophie
Sophie is a Director based in our Milton Keynes office. She has over 35 years' experience in commercial property and specialises in asset management and investment property. She advises commercial landlords and investors on managing their holdings and improving their performance.
In 2010 Sophie co-founded Hornbeam CPAM, a specialist commercial property and asset management practice, and spent the next 15 years growing the business. At Hornbeam she managed commercial and investment properties for private and institutional owners. Her work covered the day-to-day running of property alongside longer-term strategy on income, occupancy and asset value.
Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in 2026, when we acquired Hornbeam, Sophie was a Director of Willowbrite Limited for 14 years. She began her career as a graduate surveyor at Walker Son & Packman. She then moved to the Commission for the New Towns as a Senior Estates Surveyor, working on the government agency's commercial estate. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading.
