About Sam
Sam is a Director in our Property Management team. With over 20 years' experience in the commercial property sector, she brings a distinctive background combining legal practice with hands-on estate and asset management, having worked both client side and in operational roles across national portfolios. Sam's responsibilities span the full breadth of commercial property and asset management for institutional, occupational and private sector clients. She has a strong interest in project management, is actively involved in estate acquisitions, disposals, development and planning and more recently expanding on her experience on large investment portfolios subject to Administration.
Prior to joining BTG, Sam developed her career at various high-profile companies, building expertise in both legal and operational aspects of all-encompassing commercial property management.
