Rowan Manning

Rowan joined Eddisons in 2020 as a placement student in our Leeds office. After achieving a degree in Property Development and Planning BSc, he then joined Eddisons as a full-time graduate surveyor. Rowan is now a fully qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor based in our Leeds Valuations team. 

Rowan provides a range of services and advice to commercial clients based across Yorkshire and further afield. Specialising in commercial property valuations, Rowan's role centres on providing loan security advice, valuations for internal management accounts, and pension fund purposes as well as valuation advice for acquisition purposes. In recent years he has assisted the team in providing valuation advice for a series of local authority and educational establishments including schools, universities and police stations.
