Rob Bower

With over 40 years of experience, Rob is a Director at Eddisons and one of the company’s most senior Chartered Surveyors. He joined the team in 2015 following the acquisition of Taylors Business Surveyors & Valuers, where he served as a Director and part-owner.

Based in the South West, Rob specialises in trading valuations for loan security purposes. His sector expertise includes hospitality & leisure, retail, and the healthcare industries. Beyond his role as a highly experienced trading-related property valuer, Rob serves as a technical advisor and mentor, overseeing report quality to ensure the highest valuation standards and accuracy across the company.
