Richard Huffer

Richard Huffer is a Regional Director at Eddisons' Fareham office, with over 35 years’ experience in valuation and property consultancy across the South of England.

Since qualifying as a valuer in 1990, he has advised on residential and commercial property, development sites, investments, medical premises and land for purposes including loan security, acquisition, matrimonial matters and taxation.

Richard is a RICS-registered valuer and a Fellow of NARA, and also acts as a Registered Fixed Charge Receiver, with extensive experience in LPA appointments. He advises a broad client base including banks, lenders, developers, local authorities and private individuals.
