About Richard
Richard Adam has been based in Huntingdon since 1986, originally joining as a Graduate Surveyor before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, and subsequently becoming a Director of Barker Storey Matthews.
Richard’s primary role has been dealing with Commercial Agency across the mid-Cambridgeshire area, principally within the industrial and office sector. He has dealt with the marketing and development of all of the main business parks within Huntingdon, St Neots and St Ives as well as sites along the A1 and A14 corridors.
Richard now acts as a Consultant within the office, assisting the existing team, maintaining the office’s client database, and supporting general business development.
