About Phil

Phil Wooliscroft joined Eddisons in 2019 when Croft Transport Planning and Design was acquired. Phil has over 30 years’ experience in traffic, transportation and highway engineering, gained with both local government and the private sector.

He has been responsible for the design and implementation of a wide range of development projects for a range of clients and has considerable experience and knowledge in the design and implementation of major residential, office, retail and regeneration schemes.

In terms of major developments, Phil has acted in respect of a large number of projects resulting in successful planning consents which have required liaison with local authorities and National Highways in numerous regions across the country.

The projects for which Phil has been responsible required an in depth understanding of National and Local planning policy which inform the preparation of development Transportation Strategies to deliver sustainable objectives within the context of commercially successful developments.

These have included the redevelopment project at Kirkby Town Centre in Merseyside, the East Manchester regeneration projects and the large residential development at Leighton West in Crewe.
