Joining Eddisons in 2012 as a Director, Paul has over 20 years’ experience advising occupiers of commercial property.
After obtaining an Honours Degree in Architecture, Paul was recruited by Lambert Smith Hampton in Manchester as a surveyor following his brief, but successful work placement with their Sheffield team during his postgraduate studies. Thriving in the property management team, he helped to champion early adoption of a quality-based structure and process and it was not long before Paul was approached to work directly with the Chief Executive of the Health & Safety Division to drive the business forward.
In a role split between leading property management and supporting commercial mortgage valuations, Paul proved his ability by successfully attracting clients such as Land Securities, as well as supporting a series of private clients with investment and pension held fund assets.
Progressing to a directorship at DTZ, for over 12 years, Paul supported clients with specialist advice on how to make property assets perform better, drive additional income and manage risk. From drafting and delivery of an asset plan, to more traditional commercial property management, Paul was always happy to assist either on a consultancy or retained basis.
