About Patrick
Patrick Ford is a Surveyor within the Building & Project Consultancy team based in Lincoln. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying and has been with the Lincoln team since then.
Patrick serves as Project Manager on construction projects across various sectors, while also fulfilling traditional Building Surveying roles such as conducting condition surveys and quinquennial inspections.
One of Patrick's most significant projects to date is the Cornhill Quarter redevelopment, which involved constructing a new multi-use building housing a cinema, restaurants, and retail businesses. Located in Lincoln's conservation area and incorporating several Grade II Listed buildings, these structures are being refurbished into Creative Hubs and retail units.
Patrick holds a BSc in Building Surveying and is actively working towards his RICS APC certification.
