Nathan Andrews

Nathan is a director based in our Milton Keynes office, specialising in land, planning, and development across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. With over 20 years' experience in the region, he advises on a broad range of matters including development site sales, option and promotion agreements, compulsory purchase, and agricultural and commercial valuations.

He has a strong track record advising landowners on the full development process, from sites with and without planning through to the negotiation of financial obligations including overage and clawback payments, ransom strips, and Section 106 viability. Nathan also brings significant compulsory purchase expertise, acting for both acquiring authorities and affected individuals and businesses.

As an RICS Registered Valuer, he undertakes agricultural valuations for secured lending alongside private valuations for development land, corporate and local authority assets, and expert witness and tax purposes.
