Mollie Sims

Mollie is a Senior quantity surveyor based in our Leeds office. Commercially focused, she has eight years' experience delivering complex projects from pre-contract through to final account, working across the residential, commercial, and education sectors. Her role spans quantity surveying, employer's agent, and project management duties.

Mollie has progressed from trainee to leading commercial management, overseeing contracts, cost control, change, and reporting. Here are some of Mollie's career highlights:

• Acted as quantity surveyor and employer's agent on the pre-contract stages of the £35m Bridgewater Place office refurbishment in Leeds, which includes CAT B fit-out across multiple floors. 
• Led quantity surveying and employer's agent work on several Yorkshire Cancer Research projects, from office refurbishment and CAT B fit-out to the remodelling and extension of warehouse space into office, rehabilitation, studio, café, and retail facilities. 
• Acted as lead employer's agent and quantity surveyor on the creation of 23 residential apartments at Field House, Dewsbury.
• Led the project management of the refurbishment and new-build classrooms at Hilltop School.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in 2026, Mollie spent her career to date at another firm in Leeds, progressing from trainee to quantity surveyor. She graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2024 with a First Class Honours BSc in Quantity Surveying.
