Mollie Sims

Mollie, who holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying, brings nearly 10 years' experience delivering cost consultancy and quantity surveying services across the education, residential, commercial and refurbishment sectors. Recognised for her positive and collaborative approach, she has established a strong reputation for providing trusted commercial advice to private developers, charities, commercial organisations and education providers.

Mollie provides quantity surveying, Employer's Agent and project management services throughout all stages of project delivery, from initial feasibility and procurement through to completion and final account. She has extensive experience in cost planning, tendering, contract administration, commercial management and change control, helping clients achieve successful outcomes while maintaining control of cost and programme. Her experience includes major refurbishment projects together with a broad range of commercial and public sector schemes.

Before joining BTG Eddisons in 2026, Mollie built her career with a highly regarded Leeds based consultancy, where she gained experience across a diverse portfolio of projects and services. She graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a First Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and now plays an important role in supporting the continued growth and strengthening of BTG Eddisons cost consultancy and quantity surveying services.
