Mark Hannam

Mark is a director based in our Milton Keynes office. He is a chartered surveyor specialising in lease advisory, asset management, valuation, and commercial agency across the industrial, office and retail sectors. With over 15 years' experience spanning both professional and agency work across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and beyond, he brings a breadth of commercial property knowledge that enables him to provide rounded, strategic advice to clients.

Mark has particular expertise in the interplay between asset management and value, advising private clients and property companies on lease renewals, rent reviews, development appraisals and portfolio strategy. Prior to his current role, he spent several years within the valuation advisory team at a major international consultancy, where he undertook secured lending and regulatory valuations across all property sectors for major UK and international banks, institutions and property companies. His work there frequently involved collaborating with agency and capital markets teams to assess how asset management initiatives could influence value. This is experience that continues to inform his advice to clients today.

Prior to re-joining Kirkby Diamond (now BTG Eddisons) in 2021, Mark worked for a regional commercial property consultancy in Milton Keynes, where he specialised in asset management, agency, valuation, lease renewals and rent reviews. He originally began his career at Kirkby Diamond in 2007, undertaking general practice work across Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire, before qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2010. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
