About Kimberley
Kimberley is a Senior Surveyor based in our Milton Keynes office, working within the Lease Advisory team. She joined BTG Eddisons in November 2023, bringing over 15 years of experience across the property industry, with a background spanning property management, general practice, and both residential and commercial sectors.
Kimberley advises clients across a broad range of lease advisory instructions, drawing on a solid understanding of commercial leases and the property market across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. Her varied career background gives her a well-rounded perspective across both landlord and occupier matters, and she brings practical, grounded advice to clients navigating the commercial property sector.
She is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and holds AssocRICS Registered Valuer status.
