Kevin O'Dell

Kevin is a Senior Surveyor based in our Kettering office, working across Northampton and the wider Northamptonshire area. He specialises in commercial property agency, dealing with all aspects of acquisitions and disposals across the industrial, office and retail sectors.

Kevin has a strong track record advising landlords, tenants, investors and occupiers across Northamptonshire and surrounding counties, with a particular focus on the industrial and office markets. He has a good working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act, managing lease renewals, negotiating break clauses, handling rent reviews and advising on the dilapidations process, giving clients confidence at every stage of the leasehold lifecycle.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons, Kevin gained experience in commercial property agency, building a broad understanding of the industrial, office and retail sectors across the region.
