Jason Ghayour

Jason is an Associate Director at BTG Eddisons, working within the Eastern Region and based at the Kettering office, where he manages Facilities Management strategy for a diverse property portfolio. He joined the firm in 2015 as Budworth Hardcastle, prior to its acquisition by BTG Eddisons, and now has over 11 years' experience in FM. He holds a civil engineering degree (2:1 Hons, University of Northampton) and began his career in the public sector as a bridge engineer, gaining a grounding in asset management, surveying, and project management.

Jason's role covers budget management, compliance, sustainability, and day-to-day FM operations, having progressed within Facilities Management to his current position. He holds professional credentials including Associate Membership in Commercial Property (AssocRICS) with the RICS, Certified Membership of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (CIWFM), and an IOSH-affiliated National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Outside of work, Jason maintains a keen interest in structural and architectural engineering, a passion rooted in his early career as a Structural and Architectural Technician.
