Jacob Hage

Building Surveyor

About Jacob

Jacob Hage joined Eddisons in 2023 as a Placement Student in the Lincoln Building and Project Consultancy team. Following on from his placement year, Jacob was taken on as an Apprentice Building Surveyor, carrying out the final two years of his Degree on a part time basis.

Jacob provides a range of services, acting as Project Manager on low-value construction projects across all sectors and assisting in higher-value projects, together with undertaking more traditional building surveying roles such as preparing Condition Surveys (including school surveys), Schedules of Dilapidations, and Schedules of Condition.

Most notably in recent years, Jacob has assisted a Charted Building Surveyor in providing Lincoln City Football Club with a new £3m extension to the rear of the Stacey West Stand with a mix of offices and classrooms used by the Lincoln City Foundation along with new match day toilets.

As well as working towards his BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, Jacob is also working towards his RICS APC both as part of his Apprenticeship Course.
