David Parker

David is a director based in our Milton Keynes office. He specialises in mixed-use development and strategic land consultancy, with extensive experience advising landowners, university colleges, and institutions on unlocking development potential and delivering long-term strategic objectives across the Oxford–Cambridge Arc and beyond.

He brings over 15 years of experience in development consultancy, working across transactional teams and collaborating closely with land, planning, development, and agency specialists to lead major land and development projects. In his current role, David works alongside Regional Managing Partner Luke Tillison to support wider business operations, drawing on a career that has spanned some of the most significant development opportunities in the region.

Prior to joining Eddisons in 2026, David spent 15 years at Savills within their development consultancy team before joining Bidwells as a Partner in 2022. He holds a BSc (Hons) and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
