Ben Green joined Eddisons in 2012 as a director and Head of Agency at the Cambridge office.

Ben is a chartered surveyor with over 25 years’ experience providing agency and strategic related property advice across all sectors to a range of corporate, private and public sector clients. Ben’s work includes occupational agency covering disposals and acquisitions, investment, and development agency. He has operated in the Cambridge area for over 20 years gaining a unique insight into the city’s rapidly evolving property market.

Some of Ben’s key instructions have included, Alconbury Weald (Urban & Civic), undertaking land sales and design & build packages; Cambourne Business Park (Life Science REIT & Antler Property Investments); undertaking office lettings and refurbishment advice; completing sales and acquisitions for Cambridge City Council; and acquiring property for fast growing R&D and tech companies such as Nyobolt. 

As well as being a chartered surveyor Ben is also member of the RICS.
