Andrew Wright

Andrew is a director based in our Milton Keynes office, heading up the land, planning, development, and compulsory purchase team. He also has a strong background in expert witness work, property dispute resolution, and compensation claims across the UK.

He has extensive experience representing clients at County Court hearings, the Lands Tribunal, Local Valuation Tribunal, and Public Inquiry, and is regularly called upon to facilitate negotiated settlements in complex property disputes. Andrew also prepares proofs of evidence for Arbitration and Mediation hearings and represents clients on property-related compensation claims and disputed option and development agreements. 

Andrew took over leadership of the team from founding partner Henry Diamond in 2006, bringing continuity and depth of expertise to one of the firm's longest-established specialisms. He holds the FRICS and FAAV designations, reflecting his standing as a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
