Alexander Woods

Xander joined Eddisons in January 2024 on a part-time basis while completing his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Property Management, working two to three days a week within the Northeast Valuations team in Leeds. Following the submission of his dissertation in May 2024, Xander moved into a full-time role as a Graduate Valuation Surveyor, continuing his work within the Northeast Valuations team. Prior joining us, he took a placement year with another firm in 2022/23 where he gained experience in residential property management and rural surveying/estate management.

He primarily provides valuation and advisory services to a wide range of commercial clients across Yorkshire, focusing on loan security valuations, internal management accounts, pension fund requirements, and acquisition advice with particular expertise in residential and commercial markets. Xander has supported the team on several large and complex portfolio instructions and has also taken the lead on significant projects, including three separate portfolios for a single client comprising around 120 residential and commercial properties.

Alongside his valuation role, Xander is broadening his experience in commercial property management, trading valuations, and asset management as part of his APC progression.
