Alex Jenden

Alex is an Associate based in our Milton Keynes office, working within the land, planning, and development team. He specialises in the assembly, promotion, and marketing of development sites across the region, with a keen interest in valuation, development planning, and land law.

He works alongside the wider planning and development team, supporting clients across the varied disciplines the team offers. Since qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2024, Alex has continued to develop his expertise across the full range of the team's advisory work, bringing fresh perspective and a strong technical foundation to his role.

Alex graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Planning and Property Development, where he was recognised as the Top Performing Student - an achievement that reflects the commitment and attention to detail he brings to his work at BTG Eddisons.
