A site in the centre of a South Cambridgeshire village has been sold through the Huntingdon agency of Eddisons to Ermine Construction who is building six homes for housing association use.
Acting for the landowner in the sale, the 0.625 acre site on Jubilee Green in Papworth Everard was marketed for sale by Eddisons with outline planning permission for the six dwellings at a guide price of £670,000.
Ermine Construction is an award-winning regional construction company with a proven track record in delivering residential developments for public and private sector clients since it was established 11 years ago.
Work is already underway at the Jubilee Green site, with the homes scheduled for completion in early September (2026).
The final sale price achieved is not disclosed by Eddisons.
Stephen Power led Eddisons’ agency in the sale of the land. He said, “Papworth Everard is a popular residential village, with good local amenities and onward road connections.
“It was no surprise that the small parcel of land for sale, and the fact it had outline planning permission in situ, generated a lot of interest from developers.”
