Valuations expertise is strengthened with new director in Birmingham

Our Valuations team has appointed Ben Hartley as director in its fast-growing valuations team, strengthening its presence across the Midlands.

Based in the BTG Birmingham office, Ben brings more than two decades of experience from roles at commercial property agents and chartered surveyors as well as the world’s largest banks.

Ben, who will be part of a 100-strong BTG Eddisons valuations team across the UK, will lead the Midlands property valuations offering for both commercial and residential sectors. His specialisms include Secured Lending valuations, Expert Witness advice and Local Authority asset valuations.

This latest addition follows a series of new appointments and promotions at the Birmingham office of BTG in the past 12 months.
