A Grade A office suite in Peterborough’s Unex House - the landmark, trackside office building in Peterborough’s Old Station Quarter gateway to the city - has been let to a couple of business entrepreneurs operating in the leisure, hospitality & retail sectors.

Confirmation of the latest office letting on the lower ground floor of the converted former industrial warehouse comes from BTG Eddisons who is joint agent with Savills at Unex House.

Unex House is on Viersen Platz, Bourges Boulevard and, according to the agents, offers a level and style of office accommodation not matched elsewhere in the city centre or surrounding office districts.

The latest letting on the ground floor sees its new tenants taking 8,500 sq ft of space within the building which, itself, is converted from the former railway engine sheds, dating back to the 19th Century, with many features of the original building retained and exposed.
