Six sets of office suites set within Loughborough Technology Centre on Epinal Way are our Leicester office's latest letting instruction.
The offices - ranging from 200 sq. ft. to 2,230 sq. ft. across ground and first floor levels - are available to let, on behalf of Leicestershire County Council as part of its planned property disposals programme.
Loughborough Technology Centre is on Epinal Way/the A6004 and is accessed via Radmoor Road, adjacent to Loughborough College and opposite the town’s university.
As the A6004, Epinal Way is a major arterial road route between the M1 and A6. Loughborough’s railway station and extensive town centre amenities - including retail, leisure and food & beverage operators - are within walking distance of the Technology Centre.
Eddisons advises that while some of the office suites available to let are self-contained, all occupiers at Loughborough Technology Centre have the opportunity to access shared meeting rooms and the building’s meeting hub.
Aman Verma, who is managing the let, describes the available spaces as a ‘super six’, referencing the high quality of the office offer, both as individual suites and collectively within the wider setting of the building and its accessible location.
