This spring sees our Cambridge team as the sole agent on a succession of industrial instructions in and around Cambridge - three of which are within the city boundaries, and one is adjacent to the A14, opposite Cambridge Services.
North of the city centre, near the intersection of the A14 and Milton Road at Junction 33, in established industrial areas close to Cambridge Science Park, Cambridge Business Park and Cambridge North Railway Station are warehouse premises with offices on the Nuffield Road Industrial Estate and on Cowley Road.

North west of Cambridge, just off on the A14, between Cambridge and Huntingdon, opposite Cambridge Services, at Junction 28 of the trunk road and where the A1303 local road runs parallel, is Buckingway Business Park.

Buckingway Business Park is a prominent development, visible from the A14 and a business hub for a mix of industrial, technology and office occupiers. There is a footbridge from the Park which connects to the amenities at Cambridge Services, which include a hotel, business centre, M&S Simply Food, McDonald’s and Costa Coffee, among other food & beverage occupiers at the service station.
