BTG Eddisons' Huntingdon office has confirmed the freehold sale of a food production facility in St Neots, Cambridgeshire which was marketed with a guide price of £1.375 million.
Confirmation of the sale of 5 Marston Road on the Cromwell Road Industrial Estate to a new owner - who also operates in the food production sector - comes from our agency team, which acted on behalf of the previous owner in the transaction.
The self-contained factory unit, offices and ancillary warehouse space, totalling 19,597 sq ft of accommodation on a site of just under half an acre, was available to let or for sale.
Stephen Power, who led the sale of 5 Marston Road, said, “The St Neots and Huntingdon areas of Cambridgeshire have a number of commercial food production manufacturers whose property requirements require a location accessible to the kind of supply chain logistics for goods in and out that the area’s A1/A428 and A14 road networks satisfy.
