Eddisons has recently re-let a 496 sq. ft. retail property in the market town of Stamford within 24 hours, pointing to the town’s appeal - particularly with operators keen to capitalise on its burgeoning retail profile.

Our Peterborough team, acting on behalf of the landlord, concluded the speedy deal which sees Kalios, a nurse-led skin and aesthetics clinic, as the new tenant of 7 Ironmonger Street in the market town’s centre.
