Our Cambridge office has confirmed the freehold sale of three office freeholds on established schemes to the north and south of the city, which it took to market.
Three miles north of the historic city centre, two of the self-contained offices are one mile from Junction 32 of the A14, at Trust Court on Chivers Way in Histon - a popular commercial and residential village suburb of Cambridge.
At 1,904 sq ft and 1,910 sq ft, the freehold interests in each of the offices were sold for £350,000 with BTG Eddisons having previously sold the larger, 2,151 sq ft, companion office at Trust Court for £365,000 last year (2025).
To the south of Cambridge, in Great Shelford, adjacent to the village’s railway station, the freehold of 8 Station Court - a newly refurbished, self-contained 979 sq ft office on a small scheme of office properties - has been sold.
The office building was offered to let or for sale and was sold for the asking price on marketing of £320,000.
All the office freeholds were sold to owner-occupiers but the identity of the purchasers in each instance is not disclosed by the agents.
