The new Sawtry Services area at Junction 15 on the A1(M) strengthens the appeal of a new-build business scheme that is already well placed in capitalising on its proximity to the A1/A1(M) & A14 transport and logistics employment corridors.
Our Huntingdon team is acting as the sole agent on the latest phase of Oakwood Business Park, half a mile from the A1(M) and in sight of the services which opened earlier this year.

Oakwood Business Park, where Screwfix is an anchor tenant, is currently home to a mix of tenants and owner-occupiers, the latter of which includes Gutter Centre, whose relocation from Peterborough to Sawtry has given the firm the opportunity to expand its customer reach with a view to building the brand as a national supplier.
Current availability sees high specification new-build units, with allocated parking, from 3,595 sq ft to 16,144 sq ft of accommodation, with further development planned.
In focusing on its proximity to the A1(M), Eddisons also highlights that Oakwood Business Park is just seven miles from the A14 too, with Peterborough eight miles, Huntingdon 8.5 miles and St Neots 16 miles away.

According to Matthew Hunt, who is leading the firm’s agency at Oakwood Business Park, Sawtry has always been a location of interest given the logistical benefits it offers to occupiers.
He adds, “The profile of the area can only grow as it becomes a more established hotspot within Cambridgeshire and the A1(M) corridor.”
