Relocation for aquarium specialist

An aquarium business is relocating from its current premises in Huntingdon to Lakeside Park at Kingston Park in Peterborough, leaving a single unit comprising approximately 2,185 sq. ft. (203 sq. m.) available to let on the newly built Kingston Park scheme on Flaxley Road.

Acting on behalf of the landlord, we can confirm that the specialist firm will lease two units, totalling 4,370 sq ft, for the aquarium plant and aquascaping shop and showroom's new premises.

Lakeside Park is a development of high-quality warehouse business units at Kingston Park, which is situated in the Fletton Parkway/A605 business district of Peterborough. 

Confirming this latest letting at Lakeside Park, Eddisons’ Simon Parsons, who led the agency’s negotiations in the deal, added, “New-build commercial units are sought after across the Peterborough area.

“The attraction of new-build is that not only do the units meet the increasing operational requirements of businesses, but they also provide long-term economic benefits with efficiencies.”

The aquarium business is currently undertaking fit-out of its new premises at Lakeside Park and is scheduled to open later this autumn.
