BTG Eddisons has been instructed to sell a 6,297 sq ft (585 sq m) unit, plus additional mezzanine, at Heron Court on the successful Eagle Business Park in Yaxley, south Peterborough.
Originally constructed as two semi-detached units, 1-2 Heron Court was purchased by BTG Eddisons’ client during the construction phase and so was able to combine the spaces as one, single property. The mezzanine was added by the previous occupier to give a further 1,212 sq ft of space containing office space, storage and a breakout/kitchen area.
