Our Peterborough team has confirmed the sale of the former premises of one of the first companies to secure a pre-sale unit on the second phase of (()) Enterprise Business Park, Yaxley.
UK manufacturer of partitions and office furniture, RAP, instructed Eddisons as the selling agent on its 22,000 sq. ft. premises in the Woodston commercial area of Peterborough, following the manufacturer’s purchase of a 28,000 sq. ft. unit at Enterprise Business Park, from which it is now trading.
RAP’s former premises on Welbeck Way, Woodston, were then sold by Eddisons to Clearview, a leading manufacturer, supplier and installer of glazing and doors to the commercial trade and contract market as well as domestic householders.
Peterborough director Gavin Hynes worked on both deals and continues to act as agent at Enterprise Business Park.
