This autumn sees the re-launch of a comprehensively refurbished, substantial, detached, industrial unit on an established trading estate in the Huntingdonshire town of St Ives, instructed to let the premises by director Stephen Power, on behalf of the landlord.

Speaking about the 41 Edison Road instruction on its post-refurbishment re-launch this autumn. Power said: “The industrial sector has proved pretty resilient this year, but it’s a sector in which the shortage of the availability of good quality product is much commented by agents and industrial occupiers, alike.
“The location of 41 Edison Road is strong but, admittedly, the accommodation was showing its age before this refurbishment.
