Open plan office space of 3,739 sq ft within a modern office courtyard business park seven miles from Cambridge has been let to ITI - a subsidiary of Wipro - a global leader in information technology, consulting and business process services - in a deal in which BTG Eddisons acted on behalf of the landlord.
The offices are on the ground floor of Unit F on Trinity Court, which is a purpose-built small scheme of offices within Buckingway Business Park, Swavesey - an established business hub for a mix of modern office, technology and industrial occupiers.
At seven miles north west of Cambridge and nine miles south of Huntingdon, Buckingway Business Park is a prominent development, visible from the A14 and accessible via Junction 28 as well as the local, A1307 road.
There is a footbridge from the Park which connects to the amenities at Cambridge Services opposite which include a hotel, business centre, M&S Simply Food, McDonald’s and Costa Coffee, among other food & beverage occupiers at the service station.
BTG Eddisons’ Matthew Hunt, who led the negotiations on the letting of the offices in Unit D, said “It’s a business park whose popularity and appeal to a range of operators comes not only from its mix of commercial accommodation but, crucially, its position in the Cambridge-Huntingdon corridor and its accessibility from and to many key locations including Royston, Bedford and the M11 south to Stansted.”
BTG Eddisons is currently acting on instructions at Buckingway Business Park, including offices similar to those of ITI, but at Unit D Trinity Court which are set to become under offer soon.
