A two-storey, 1,587 sq. ft. converted office property in a residential neighbourhood one mile north of Cambridge city centre has been sold to a developer for over the asking price.
Acting as the agent in the sale of 2 Herbert Street, we marketed the property with a guide price of £450,000.
Serious interest in the property - both as an office and previously as a residential unit - saw Eddisons invite best bids, with the property selling for £526,000.
