News

We have been appointed as the agent under instruction to let a small scheme of new-build industrial/trade counter units in Haverhill that are now underway and scheduled to be ready this Autumn.

Five terraced units form the new scheme on Meadow Business Park, an established commercial location, on the corner of Piperell Way and Moon Hall Lane, just off the A1017 Haverhill southern bypass.

According to our Cambridge team, it is the first speculative scheme of commercial units in the town for some years and is some of the best quality space available. There are three units of 1,391 sq. ft. and two of 1,908 sq. ft., available individually or combined.

Suitable for light industrial or trade counter uses, the units are built to a high specification, being fully insulated and with 3-phase power. With an eaves height of 6 metres, each unit has a dedicated loading, circulation & parking area. There are signage opportunities on Moon Hall Lane, subject to agreement & approval.

Haverhill is an expanding town in the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk/Essex border triangle, 17 miles southeast of Cambridge city via the A1307, accessible to the A11 and onward junction to the M11, with London Stansted Airport 20 miles away from the town.

For more information on Units 1-5 Meadow Business Park, Haverhill, contact Ben Green or Joe Berry on 01223 467155 or email [email protected] or [email protected].
